A light green stereoview printed on the front, Selected Groups.
Re: the lady on the green card.
There is a copy at the New York Public Library with a printed caption
below the right image:
"No. 138.--The Chinese Lady."
I also found shots of 2 other (uncaptioned) green cards with Chinese
portraits, to me this is California--or could be the east coast if this is
late enough, but San Francisco is a logical target.
